Improve Service Levels and Enhance Planning
Journey Management allows transport office and customer service users to monitor the status of trips against schedule, in real-time, as the route unfolds. The Schedule Execution Board presents a colour coded dashboard, highlighting pending and complete deliveries, as well as whether a vehicle is ahead, on, or behind schedule.
This facilitates the delivery of proactive customer service, as users can identify problems before they become known to customers, either taking action to resolve an issue or advising customers early of a late arrival.
The product improves planning through “planned vs actual” route comparison, with playback functionality available. This allows transport managers and planners to understand route deviations and where applicable, improve planning for future routes.
An Arrivals & Departures board also gives an airport style view of the fleet.
